1. Agreement Overview
By placing an order with Cabinet & Blinds Collective Co (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.

• Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written acceptance.

3. Custom Products

• Our products are custom-made based on your specifications.

• Please ensure all measurements and details provided are accurate.

• We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information supplied by the customer.

4. Delivery and Installation

• Estimated delivery and installation dates are provided as guidelines and may be subject to change.

• Delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation.

• The customer must ensure access to the installation site on the agreed date.

5. Payment Terms

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation.

• Late payments may incur interest charges of 10% per annum.

• Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations are not accepted once manufacturing has commenced.

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect measurements.

• In the event of a defective product, we will repair or replace in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Warranties

• We provide a 12 month warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship.

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Liability

• Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
